How it Works

The Returns and Exchange period is 10 days.

For exchanges and returns, consumers are responsible for any missing packages, we suggest you insure and include signature on receipt.

Eligible Products: 

  • In original factory condition (UNWASHED, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have original hang tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving.

Please request a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, if you'd like us to help you with the return. We will charge your account for the shipping.

EXCHANGES

Just pay for the return shipping to us, within the return period of 10 days, and we'll cover you for the shipping fee back to you, for one exchange.

RETURNS

If you went through the DIMPLES PerFit Proven Process with one of our experts and you still need to return your item, just pay the delivery to return within the return period of 10 days

If you did NOT go through the Dimples PerFit Proven Process and you have a return, pay the delivery and postage fee to return within the return period of 10 days, and there will be a $100 RESTOCKING FEE.

(We do this to discourage consumers ordering e.g. 5 wigs at a time, to then return 4 wigs or all, after the correct color or style is found. We also do this to discourage none serious buyers who want to wear items and then return).

With our Proven Process we help find the "one" for you. With shipments from our factories taking 10-12 months we cannot afford to send out so many items that may come back to us. We hope you understand.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY NEW ORDER?

Simply initiate your exchange below and ship your items back to us. Once we receive your items back we will ship your new Dimples items!

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We accept returns and exchanges postmarked back to us within 10 days from the original ship date on all products that still have the original tags, and not been cut, colored, or styled.

Eligible Products: 

  • In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of recieving.

Ineligible Products:

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
  • Damaged packaging or product.
  • Shampoo and conditioner items are not eligible for return if they have been removed from their original packaging or opened.

When returning your item, you may choose from these options:

  • Refund - Eligible returns will receive a refund to your payment method

REFUNDS

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? 

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 7 to 10 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
